Welcome to Conifer Massage
Jessica Wilson, CMT
As an Exercise Physiology Major at Virginia Tech, Jessica studied under some of the leading Kinesiology and Sports Physiology professors in the country. Early on in her studies at Virginia Tech, she became heavily involved in Cardiac Rehabilitation. It was the experience of facilitating the healing process for cardiac patients, which solidified her desire to be involved in this process. After graduating in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, she headed to the woods of Pennsylvania to become an Experiential Educator, at Linsly Outdoor Center, to work with groups of all ages. This was an essential piece to the puzzle, in which she created unique relationships with individuals who were given the opportunity to look within themselves and overcome their fears. In 1998, she moved to Colorado, bringing only her car and a few personal items to start a life and eventually go to massage school.

After working in the corporate world for 4 years and attending classes at the Colorado School of Healing Arts at night, she graduated as a Certified Massage Therapist in December 2001. Since then, she has become a Certified Sports Massage Therapist and is continually updating her education as well as researching leading techniques. The focus of her practice is client centered, therapeutic massage for individuals in need of pain relief, injury prevention and rehabilitation, body awareness, and overall deep relaxation. Her current list of modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reiki, Healing Touch, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Therapy and Sports Massage as well as Prenatal massage for expecting mothers and the popular LaStone Therapy massage.

Cindy Stone, CMT, Certified Reiki Master/Teacher
